Food without the fat?

I was just curious if there are low fat/low carb choices at many of the CS restraunts in Disney. I enjoy a nice dinner, but I would feel very sick and bloated if all I had to eat during lunch was burger and fries. Maybe Chicken Salad and a fruit cup?

There are so many choices now for dining that you can find lots of alternatives to burgers and fries.

At MK, try Cosmic Rays - there are different sides to order from. In addition to the burger and fries, you can also get grilled chicken sandwich (with carrot sticks), rotisserie chicken and wraps.
