Does anyone know if the kiosks for the different countries set up for the Food & Wine Festival accept snack credits for the food items? Or, are the snack credits limited to waters, sodas etc.? Also, does anyone know if any of those kiosks are counter-service credits? We will be there from October 7 through October 11 Thanks in advance for any information.

For the past several years, snack credits have been accepted for ANY food item or non-alcholic beverage, regardless of cost, at the kiosks. We aren't sure about 2010 yet, but it's likely. Look in the next couple of weeks for reports from Epcot when they start putting up the menu boards for the kiosks. The menu boards are marked for snack credits.

Recent reports are that the kiosks do not accept counter service credits.

This comes up every year and no one will know for sure until they booths are set up and we see teh snack stickers on the menu boards.

Most likely yes.

Some items may not be, but most were last year.
Last year even most (or all?) of the ones that were not at the start were changed to a snack after a few days.

At the start of last year's festival, the only food item not included was the Tuna Sensation at the Japan kiosk. This was changed apparently after the first week and they started accepting snack credits for it.

Most likely due to an oversight, the Puerto Rico kiosk's menu board did not have DDP logos. They accepted snack credits, but because of the menu, many thought they didn't and reported that they didn't. The menu board was changed later in the festival and the DDP logos added.
