Food & Wine plans for Veterans Day weekend?

We arrive Sat. Nov, 10 for 7 nights. was glad to hear Epcot food & wine will still be going when we arrive. But what will that last weekend be like? crowded I imagine? we will have the option of Sat, Sun or Veterans Day on Monday....

Any suggestions for day or time of day that might be better to visit? will they be shutting down by the last weekend or will everything still be going strong?

It will run through the following Monday and the entire time from Thur through Mon will be jammed. Earlier in the day (closer to opening time) will be better than later afternoons or evenings.
