Food & Wine pairings

Does anybody know when I can make a adr, not sure how long it will take to get used to that term, for the Food & Wine pairing?

Reservations for special events at food & wine fest aren't usually taken until mid summer. Just keep watching these boards..as the time gets closer, there will be a lot of talk about it.
