Food & Wine Festival Question

Hi! My DH and I are super excited for our upcoming trip to the world this October ("super excited" might even be an understatement). We are really looking foward to experiencing the Food and Wine Festival for the first time. We were wondering if anybody knew when the list of events and dates would be released - since we don't have a clue

If I remember correctly, I think it wasn't until August last year. I would suggest you take two days to " sample" bc even thought the portions aren't very big, you fill up really fast. Dh and I shared what we bought last year and still we started skipping countries because we were so full. Eventually food just did not sound good LOL ( who woulda thought? ). Also, this being your first time, when they post the countries and what dishes will be available, make a list of what you know you would like to try before you leave. Doing this really helped us out alot. It also helped to know how much money we had to plan for. It is an AWESOME experience!

Thank you so much! DH and I will have to sit down and figure out a plan to help us "waddle" around the event. I guess we'll have to figure out some places to make our ADRs.

I'd second Mom2Cookies suggestion to take at least 2 days to sample your way around World Showcase. By the time you get half way around, you'll find that you're really not hungry any more. So plan on going clockwise one day and counter-clockwise the other day and you'll be able to do justice to all the countries.

We're going mid-Oct for F & W and MNSSHP. We don't plan on making too many ADRs. Probably a breakfast or two, but maybe only one dinner. I don't think we will do DDP. We figure we'll have a couple mealtimes at EPCOT.
