We're going in Oct & just saw the pix on this website of the stands for this, just curious how it works, can we snack our way throught the "world", I'n assuming its counter service, w/ very small portions?

Yes, you can and will snack your way through the world. They have supplemental booths set-up for additional countries/cuisine. Portions are relatively small in the price range of $1 - $4. Wine and Beer are priced a little bit more, depending on selection and size......$3 - $7 range. It is a lot of fun, weather is near perfect that time of year and there are some good food, wine, and beer seminars. Not to mention the concert series.

We went for the first time last year, and loved it. If you're going, check out the Party for the Senses, which is an event they do once a week during the Food and Wine Festival--one of the best evenings we've ever had at Disney (or anywhere else for that matter!).
