Food & Service - Anyone else disappointed?

Since they are cooking for more than 2,000 people each meal, I can understand that food quality may not be terrific all the time. However, what is with this Nescafe stuff? If I am willing to pay a $10 premium to eat in Palo's, and I am, what does it cost to get a real cup of coffee? My wife and I are seriously considering smuggling some coffee beans and a grinder on our next cruise.

Jillie, your post made me laugh. We may have had the same servers! The head server actually told us that the assistant could never have a head server job because he wasn't smart enough.
