Food on a MK fireworks cruise

Three years ago we did an Illuminations fireworks cruise & paid for the upgrade to get sandwiches & soda. I expected more that the finger sandwiches on white bread, bags of potato chips & cans of soda we got.

Can anyone out there who has recently done a fireworks cruise tell me what kind & what quality of food you had? This is an extra $75 and we could probably eat at Victoria & Albert for that much. If it's only white bread finger sandwiches I will change my reservation for the MK cruise I have in June.
