The Food Network show - Unwrapped on July 5 @ 8:30 p.m. Eastern Time is going to have a special called Disney Delights -

Food Network's website list the show as follows:

Discover the magic of Disney cuisine today on Unwrapped. Venture inside the Disney Bakery, where they cook up more than 2,000 cookies for Disneyland guests every day. Then, travel to Japan, Germany, and China without leaving Orlando. We sample the best dishes from the Epcot World Showcase. Learn how the experts eat a Mickey Bar, then get ready for the royal treatment! Ever wonder where the princesses eat? We'll reveal the best spots to dine with your favorite characters. Later, create your perfect treat at Goofy's Candy Shop and get a rare peek inside Disney's most mysterious restaurant, the members-only Club 33.

It sounds interesting!

Thanks for the info! Will set the DVR!

I was on an episode of Unwrapped...they were filming at WDW when we were on our honeymoon and caught us at Chef Mickey's! :goodvibes

Can't wait to see a new episode as the last Disney Unwrapped was filmed in 2002! :thumbsup2

It was literally 3 seconds...I was having Goofy sign my autograph book and he was making a production out of my wedding ring...I was wearing a homemade version of the bridal ears, white shirt, red shorts...can't miss me when you see it...LOL...the Chef Mickey's segment was filmed on the one year anniversary of 9/11.

Thanks for posting! I love watching the Food Network and specials on Disney just make it even better! popcorn::

Times like this make me wish we were still paying for cable TV with the Food Network.

Thankfully, the thoughts pass quickly. Our time is better spent doing something other watch TV. My money is better spent saving for December trip to WDW!

Do you know if I can watch individual Food TV episodes on the internet?

As much as I'm annoyed with Directv, the nice thing is I just set my DVR to record this from my iPhone. Thanks, OP!

Thanks :goodvibes I'm setting my DVR right now

I wish I COULD have set my DVR :( however over here in UK we rarely get these sort of shows. Oh well, I guess it'll turn up on YouTube at some point down the line.

Of course, if anyone can think of another way I might be able to get to see it, please PM me...... ;)

 the episode! I've always enjoyed the food but was really surprised to learn that all the cookies at DLR are handmade! :yay: I thought for sure they were on a conveyor belt to be dipped in chocolate and decorated with Mickey - makes every bite even tastier! :woohoo:

We're so excited by the candy and made-to-order treats, we've never even noticed the slushies at Goofy's Candy Shop - DH says he needs to get one next time! :thumbsup2

cheers,
:flower3:

I saw it quite by accident last night.

It was pretty good. You know you're Disney-obsessed when you can name the foods and where they are from before the announcer tells you...

"That's the General Tso's from Nine Dragons, that's the apple strudel from Biergarten..." :rotfl:
