Food festival

We are going on Monday 10/12 and Wednesday 10/14. What demonstrations or special tastings or meals are available? It appears most things are on Friday-Sunday.

Go to the disney web site, click on special events, scroll down to demonstrations, expand out the more info. Each type Culinary, Mixology and Wine have a pdf attached that lists all demos on every date. There are usually 3 culinary and 3 wine daily, not sure about mixology since I wasn't interested in those. That page also has all the other special events taking place, the special meal food and wine pairings that are held at certain restaurants at Epcot the the special meals that are held at restaurants around WDW during the event. Be warned some of the special events and meals can get expensive. The seminars are $15 each.

On Mondays and Wednesdays they have the Italian Regional lunches. They also have the Mediterranean Food and Wine pairings on Mondays and Wednesdays. Japanese Craft beer tastings are held on Wednesdays. Keep in mind that these special dining events are most likely already sold out but it doesn't hurt to call and ask. You have to call to book these and they must be paid for when you book them.
The beverage seminars, Mixology seminars and culinary Demos can be booked online. You can check the schedules on the WDW website and check online to see if there is still availabilty for any you are interested in.
