I have read about getting food delivered to your DVC room when you arrive.

Can anyone give me any websites so I can check into this, I also need to find a place that has gluten free food too. Also if I order milk for example is there a place to keep the items cold until it is delivered to me?
We will be going in august...thanks so much!!:goodvibes

You can use Disney grocery at a high price if you want it in your room. Check DVC website for order forms.

You can use outside services to have groceries delivered to your resort. You would have bell services store and deliver (a tip to them would be expected-I tip $1 for each bag).

Check out garden grocer and wegoshop online. Both are reliable. Garden grocer has preset order forms and wegoshop will shop any store, any brand.

We have used wegoshop.com 7 times at the BCV and I highly recommend them. Amy is great to work with.
I prefer wegoshop over Garden Grocers for a few reasons.
At Garden Grocer you shop a "virtual aisle". You are pretty much limited to what they have. They add a charge to every item, although there delivery fee is lower.
They have a 2 hour delivery window.
At wegoshop, they will shop the store you request. There is no upcharge, in fact they give you the actual store receipt. You create your own shopping list, including brands and sizes. They do not have a minimum. I have always had a 30 minute delivery window and they have always been right on time. I always schedule an early evening delivery on arrival day, right to my Villa. We settle in, unpack, get our groceries and put them away and then head out to dinner.
We order breakfast foods, juices, soda, water, fruit, beer, wine, cheese and crackers and other snacks. I priced it one year and I saved the delivery fee on just the water alone, over paying Disney's prices.
Both are reputable. Both will deliver to Bell Services if you are not there. Bell services can refrigerate or freeze foods as needed. Be sure to tip when they deliver.

That sounds amazing but here is a question...which stores? I don't have any publix here in NY and am not sure of their products.

Since we have access to a washer/dryer I am thinking luggage will be light and I can bring some of my son's Gluten free food, but fresh/cold stuff/drinks would be amazing to get delivered.

How much is delivery/surcharge ect. what can I expect? I have delivery groceries here at home all the time, tip my delivery guy as well but wondering how different this might be...

Thanks again!!

We used WeGoShop (it's the name dot com) and loved it. You give her a list and she goes to whatever grocery store and shops for your specific items. You can have her make multiple stops...I think for an extra cost. You can also specify what store if you want to. She delivered right after we checked in and she put all my groceries away for me and we headed out to the parks. It was perfect.

We also used the Disney grocery order form...last trip (just on 1/25) and it was fine...we only ordered a few breakfast items and a couple drinks. They were out of 2 things I had ordered, but that was fine. I will probably go back to WeGoShop for the next trip (if we fly in). When we drive, we just stop at the grocery ourselves and I pack some things from home as well.

I always ask for Publix, I don't remember the other chains. I go on line and look at the publix fliers in advance. Many brands are nation wide. You can specify if you allow brand substitutions or not. In October, Amy (the owner and shopper that day) called me on my cell from the store and asked me about a brand substitution. I haven't checked recently, but with wegoshop there is no surcharge and I think the delivery fee was either $17 or $22. Well worth it for my size order and for the convenience and comfort of having what we needed.
So the total cost was the actual cost of my items plus, worst case, $22. I did tip as well.
