We have always stayed at asmo, or pop century. This june we are staying at the cabins at fw. Does fw have any food courts like what im used to at the values? Can anyone tell me what to expect there, like for breakfast and such.
Thanks

No food courts. There is Trails End, which is a sit-down buffet (not as expensive as others around propety). You can also get fruit, groceries, and such at the Meadows. It's definitely very different.

The cabins are meant for cmaping...they have grills and kitchens...but as stated they do have trails end and also Hoop De Doo goes on there too...well worth the cost for the dinner show...also groceries can be found at the 2 stores...and snacks and smores at the campfire nightly...enjoy!

It's also a very quick boat trip from the FW dock over to the Wilderness Lodge. The WL has the Roaring Forks food court area. It's not as large at the food court areas at the values, but I've found it to be nice lunch option when staying at FW. The also serve breakfast there that would be comparable to most of the other WDW resort food courts

It's also a pretty quick walk over to the Lodge, about 20 minutes from the Settlement.

They have the best breakfast buffet IMO...

With staying at the cabins you could bring breakfast food with you and have a quick breakfast right at your cabin.

As others stated, there is no food court at Ft. Wilderness. Trails End does have some baked goods and muffins you can get al a carte.

Also, as others stated there is a food court at Wilderness Lodge that you could walk over to, or take the boat. (You can't take your golf cart over).

You could also take the boat over to the Contemporary which has a quick service at the Food n' Fun Center. Those boats start at 6:45 am. I do this quite often, then I just head for the parks from the Contemporary.
