food court hours at values?

How late do they stay open? Can you refill your mug at say 11pm coming back from the parks?

the Pop Century was open until 12:00am - midnight.

I don't know about the others.

Most food courts are open till 11 PM.

It may depend on the hours of the parks. Usually, they close 1 side of the dispensing table as they clean and refill but eventually the food court is totally closed. As Safetymom said it is usually 11:00pm.
