I had a chicken breast sandwich and onion rings that were very good back in March. Nothing out of this world, but a very good sandwich at a reasonable price. (For Disney - reasonable)
I have had a burger and a hotdog there this year. The food is decent. We stay right there so it's convenient but I would not travel to B&C for a burger or sandwich.
I had a cheeseburger w/ onion rings and my BF had a bacon cheeseburger w/ fries. It was all delicious. 100 times better than burgers from the CS locations we tried. I actually didn't like the ice cream sundae that much, but that was probably because I was already so full from eating every bit of my food. We got the one with the brownie (I don't remember the name). I look forward to going back to try the No Way Jose.
If you are going for the Kitchen Sink, you won't want any other food. But the food is great there. That was our first stop in September. We had burgers, fries and onion rings. Then the No Way Jose. YUMMO!!!
We thought the burgers were just okay...nothing special at all especially if you are a big burger lover like my DH. The onion rings are great though!! Service is slow and the place is small so go early or plan to wait. The kitchen sink looked amazing but I didn't have any ice cream myself.
As PP said if your going for the Kitchen sink...don't go to eat...I have been many times for both the food and the ice cream and I enjoy both. You can't make an ADR so you may have a bit of a wait and you may be crammed in a little spot but IMHO it's worth it!! The burgers are much better than any other burger in WDW and the onion rings are yummy...the Ice Cream is worth the trek from anywhere!!! Don't tell anyone but sometimes my son and I go out there just for ice cream and come home...shh now don't tell!!!
We had a standard park burger when we went several years ago....apparently they used to have different burgers - and perhaps sometimes still do - but we got the same patty we'd have gotten at any CS place in Disney. The Kaiser Roll it was served on was good and different and the onion rings were good (unfortunately, I've since discovered I'm gluten intolerant - no more kaiser rolls or onion rings). The ice cream is Edy's - and I think the toppings are Smuckers - but I could be misremembering - so nothing you couldn't make at home - although who would make a Kitchen Sink at home?
I've only ever had the ice cream there.... but I suggest if you're going to have the kitchen sink for lunch have no lunch\snacks and have a light breakfast. I've never had the kitchen sink though. If anyone has ever had the kitchen sink tell me if it was good. If you also have a picture that would be great!!:thumbsup2 From DD11
I'm so glad to hear this. We are taking a trip next fall, and have decided we are not going to any resturant we have been to before. We always do the same ones are there are far tomany to miss!!!
It's a tradition of ours to make it to BC every trip, the onion rings are YUMMY, I always get the steak sandwich (can't remember the official name on the menu) but it is SO good. My DS and I split a No way Jose for dessert, you can't beat fudge and peanut butter on ice cream.
It is not on the menu, but you can get a BLT. I just had one on Saturday because I didn't feel like a burger. It was good, but I would have put twice as much bacon on it. I always get fruit as my side so I have more room for the No Way Jose!! YUM!
