Yep, it exists on the Restaurants board: 2018 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival: August 30 to November 12, 2018

Yes, as GAD says it's on the Restaurant board - right now it's mainly general information and a list of who's confirmed for the Eat to the Beat concert series. It also has some information on the seminars. One of my favorite events - have a great time!

I have purchased the ebook from Disney Food Blog for EPCOT Food and Wine. Its cheap and has everything going on at Food and Wine. The little bit I spend on that is worth it for saving me time looking for all that information elsewhere. There is lots of information as noted above as well.
