Food and Wine Tours

When are the days for the special tours for food and wine released?
I know the dates of the festival have already been announced and I have heard that information about Eat to the Beat and the celebrity chefs usual comes in May. I'm looking for information on the Epcot VIP tour, The Food and Wine Premium Package, and other things like that. Does anyone know when information on them will be available?

They should be released toward the end of July.

Nobody knew anything about the Premium package until booking date though.

That is going to make it hard to plan. If Disney wants us to make our ADRs 180 days in advance they need to release the information we need before then.
