Hello,
Can anyone tell me how crowded wdw will be the week of
the food and wine festival in Nov.
My family will be staying at CBR.
Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

The F & W Fest is actuall 8 weeks from Sept 30 and into November. Over the years, and I have been to 7 of the F & W Fests, the crowds have grown as people have realized how greatof a festival this truly is. The first year, lines at the food booths were virtually non-existent. Last year, almost every food booth had a line. It is truly the best time of the year to be at Epcot.

How does the food thing work? I've been there during this time, but I've never really noticed any "special" food lines...perhaps I just overlooked them.

It depends when you are looking to. As you can prb. guess the later in Oct the busier it will be. Many people try and combine MNSSHP and F&W. During the week will be lighter than the weekends and evening will always be busy due to locals coming to visit. If you are prepared to be patient it all works out. We have met some wonderful people just standng in line chatting. This event really draws an international crowd.

It's the booths set up around WS. Look for the lines and you will see the booths.

Just depends what weekend in November. Usually the second weekend is the Festival of the Masters also..which makes for a very busy time at Disney. Also..the Beer Festival at City Walk is that same weekend..so Orlando area tends to be pretty packed.

Week days aren't as crowded of course.

Don't forget Veterans Day, Super Soap weekend and Jersey week. They all fall around the same time and will have an impact on crowds.

We went last year from Vetran's Day to the end of the festival, including the Festival of the Masters. The weekend days at the festival were busy with lines at all the booths, but the lines moved really quickly. We never waited more than 5 minutes. During the weekdays we walked up to many booths without a wait.
