DCA's California Food & Wine Festivals a few years ago were in late spring, so the answer for this year (2012) is no.

Here's the WDWinfo article about the festival: http://www.wdwinfo.com/Disneyland/events/foodandwine.htm

Officially, only the 2011 and 2012 festivals were cancelled. However, no California F&W Festival has been announced for 2013, and, IMHO, there won't be one. Guests will pour into DCA for at least the next 12 months because Cars Land, Buena Vista Street, and the completion of the parkwide enhancements. Disney doesn't need to spend money on a event that primarily draws Annual Passholders (not new guests buying park tickets).

I hope the California Food & Wine Festival comes back, but I'm not holding by breath. It was never as successful as its Epcot counterpart, even when California went to 7 days a week.

Well I hope they bring it back, I'm sure they made money on the Signature events. I know a lot of people who bought APs specially for the F&W festival that would not have traveled to Disney otherwise.

But I'm not holding my breath either. It sure would be nice though!

Disney has been completely quiet about the subject since announcing the cancellation of the 2011 and 2012 California Food & Wine Festival in 2010.

IMHO it will come back. Disney uses special events to drive attendance in low seasons. Just like running races during the school year, Halloween parties in the Fall, F+W was used to fill other gaps raising revenue from event tickets, hotels and park admission and other side streams.

DLR is a lot more than AP only park and has fluctuations in its attendance just like WDW does.

We probably won't get any official announcement until later this year when people have already reserved thier high rate holiday visits.
