Looking at the dates for 2000 through 2003 (from wdwig.com) the festival has begun the 3rd Saturday in October and ended the 3rd Sunday in November all four years.

2000 - 10/21 through 11/19
2001 - 10/20 through 11/18
2002 - 10/19 through 11/17
2003 - 10/18 through 11/16

From 2000 through 2003 the EIF&WF lasted 30 days each year.

Based on the past pattern, my guess is that the Festival in 2006 will begin on the 3rd Saturday in October and last for 30 days.
