Food and Wine Choices from year to year?

Just back from my first visit to F & W. It was awesome! (I'll see if I can't write a decent review later this week.)

Was wondering...how much do the food and wine offerings at the kiosks vary from year to year? Not that I would mind some repeats from this year, nor was I able to try everything...but if I went over and over, I think I would like some variety.

The booths vary just a little bit from year to year. Desserts change, wines change, beers change (some stay the same of course). Yes, there are plenty of repeats.

I'm usually a little bummed by the lack of change, however this year they took away some of my favorites (primarily the tuna tar tar in Japan, the Sangria in spain, and the ribs in Germany) and so I will never complain about that again!
