Food and Wine Booths Open During EMH?

The night we arrive is an EMH at Epcot. I was thinking that we could have a late dinner snacking session will all the booths be opening for the tastings?

The past couple of years, they have closed at the regular Epcot closing time and have not stayed open for evening EMH.

Was there last year for EMH, and they closed at 9pm when Illuminations started. It was a big bummer, as we thought they would have stayed open.

They used to stay open. It was great fun to graze the booths around 11 pm for late-night snacks. But, alas, like many things at WDW, that benefit, too, is gone.
