Food and Wine Booth Hours?

The Food and Wine event will be starting at the end of my trip in September so I'm hoping to go opening day (Friday 9/19) but I hear opening evening is very busy. Do all the food booths open at 11am with World Showcase or do they not open until later? Thanks.

The booths should all open once WS opens at 11am and remain open until just before Illuminations.

Also, last year we were there the day before opening day and we were pleasantly surprised to see a lot of the booths open.

Yes, the day before official opening is Cast Member day - but any guest is free to partake
