I haven't seen one, but there has been some chatter about the festival on the Restaurants board.

There was one last year, on the Restaurants board. I hope it returns. I liked it!

The best option might be to PM one of the Restaurant board moderators and ask them if they plan to have a sticky/official thread for the 2014 F&W festival.
