When will info about the different food and wine events be released for this year?

I would not count on the special events being released that early. You may see general information about the festival in May, but no specific offerings. They are generally made public in July. Last year the event schedule was made public July 30. The opening date for booking was August 6. If the usual trend continues, it will be later this year.
