Food and fun center at CR????

Can anyone tell me what the quality of the food here is? I saw the menu, but did it taste good? Was it worth eating here or should we go elsewhere? We are staying there and just needed to know thanks!

We used QC vouchers here a couple of times last June. Pretty standard fast-food Disney food. Not great, not bad, very convenient. We took food back to the room when we didn't feel like eating lunch at the parks, just before trying to get DS to take his afternoon nap. We'll probably be picking up food there again a few times next week. Maybe we'll see you there!

The Grilled chicken and bacon sandwich was pretty tasty last time I was there- we go there often to play games when we are at the resorts and not going into the parks. Everything was freshly made - they gave us a beeper and it flashed when we could pick up our food.

It's okay...nothing to write home about, but nothing horrible either. Perfect for a quick lunch or a snack to take back to your room. We definitely got our $$ worth with the refillable mugs. Dad really enjoyed the turkey sandwich that came out of the refrigerator- there were actually some really nice salads, desserts, sandwiches in there---and don't forget to dress up your sandwich or burger even more with the toppings bar outside the cash register area. My dad got a sandwich a couple of times and made himself a little side salad with the lettuce and tomatoes. The chicken strips are just like the ones in the park...you can get a Mickey Bar in the freezer! What else...oh, there is a little refrigerator type thingee by the toppings bar, and there is butter, lemons, and other condiments in there..I didn't see that the first time through. In 2003 I stayed a total of 16 nights at the Contemporary and got to know this little area QUITE well! Gosh, I sound so extravagent when I say that (Shades of Green deal came though for us twice in 2003!!!!!!!).

Thanks you so much! I just got a bunch of the Q&C vouchers and thought we'd eat dinner the first night there. The plan is to use the vouchers for lunches and eat at sit downs for dinner. But I was really hoping that our hotel would have good quick food too.

Can't wait!!!! We even added a day to the end of the trip!

Another vote for the chicken/bacon sandwich here - very good!

My husband got great value from his voucher getting a cobb salad, and then a fruit plate for his side, as well as a Mickey bar for dessert. We really enjoyed our meal here!
