Food allergies

I will be visiting WDW in December with a friend who follows a gluten free diet. We have visited WDW in the past and eating out at restaurants has not been a problem. The chefs came out to speak to my friend about her needs and they made dishes especially for her. We will be staying at the Beach Club Villas so will be having breakfast and sometimes lunch in our rooms. As we are near the boardwalk bakery we wondered if they baked gluten free bread. We do have a car so could go off site to a supermarket to find some (we can easily get it in supermarkets in the UK so wondered if this was also the case in Orlando.) So do you think we will be able to get bread made for my friend?
