Food allergies (gluten-free) - options really that dismal?

I remember looking into going to DLP a few years ago but curtailing that process because reports that as opposed to allergy menus there were these pre-made “meals” free of the top 8 that anyone with any allergy was presented with - even if there was only one you were allergic to. And that they were dismal.

Is this still the case? Or do they actually have allergy menus now?

There are binders with allergy menus available upon request and the buffet at Sequoia Lodge and New Port Bay is good for those who eat gluten free, I have heard. Below some recent blogs. Hopefully they help!

Oh just added 'I have heard' to my remark about the buffets at the hotels I don't eat GF myself, a friend told me so a few years ago.
