Dh & I are thinking of surprising the kids with a trip to WDW this August. It's been 3.5 years since we went and I forgot who to contact about DS's food allergies. Thanks!

Thanks!!!!!

I remember how fantastic they were last time. We did 4 days in the parks and the 4 night cruise and my son had never eaten so well!! He had over 40 food allergies then and is now down to about 18 so it'll be even better this time!!!

Your welcome.:goodvibes Wow, 40 allergies?? Your poor baby! But great news that's he's down to 18. My DD has a friend with literally a full page of food allergies. It's so sad!

But I agree, I've never eaten so well either then when I was at Disney.:thumbsup2 Good luck!:goodvibes

My son had to be gluten free when we last went and you could never tell.. he had waffles and pancakes and everything! One restaurant made him an ice cream (soy) sundae! Part of me wants to tell the kids we're going just so he can get excited about the food... but we're trying to keep it a secret!

I was really impressed too. Not once did I feel like I was missing out on something, Disney really goes out of their way for food allergies, don't they? I'm glad your son had a great experience:goodvibes. Good luck keeping it a secret! That's hard to do!

Disney is THE best place to go w/ food allergies!! Yeah, we're hoping we can keep it a secret. It's going to be HARD! LOL I feel like the kid in that commercial... I'm too excited to sleep!
