Food Allergies at Universal?

My family is planning on spending a day at Universal during our trip to WDW ib January. My DD (age 6 by then) has a severe peanut/nut allergy. Does anyone have any advice on places we could eat that day? I am good at WDW, but Universal is a whole new world!
