We have an ADR at Teppan Edo (our favorite) but my DD13 was just diagnosed with wheat, soy, corn, and tree nut allergies on top of her peanut allergy. 
Has anyone had luck eating at Teppan Edo with similar issues? I am especially concerned about the cross contamination with soy sauce since they seem to use it on everything.
