Font with characters

I saw on the Wedding boards that someone had gotten a font from on here with various characters....

That actually looks like an effect done with a photo editing program, rather than the font coming that way (of course I may be wrong.) It looks like someone has a photo collage of Disney characters and has used that to "fill" the centre of a regular font. I can try and explain with pics if you'd like me to, it's a cool technique to use!
