font help

I am trying to download a Candy cane font so I can make Autograph cards. I down loaded it but when I go to Adobe photoshop I am not seeing it.

I am wanting to use the font with this design of Marions.

If you open the font outside of your Photoshop and then go into your photoshop, it should show up in the font list..(if you have your text box open, close it and re-open it to see the font in the list.

Or you can install the font into your windows/fonts folder. it will show up in your photoshop ..

the one I found I thought it was free but it says I have to buy WinRAR license to use it. darn it back to searching

The winrar is to open the file. I am pretty sure you can find a trial version for free on the web.

By using the letter O instead of the number 0...
not sure that works all the time but in some cases... dont know how others do it..

That is what I thought but I keep getting this oOo. I can't seem to figure out how to put the ears up high like other people do.

Try putting the ears on a separate layer. What I'd recommend is to create the first ear, on it's own layer, then duplicate the layer and using the arrow keys nudge it in to place. Holding down the shift key while using the arrow keys makes it move 10 pixels at a time as opposed to one.
