I loved the foie gras at the DLH. Is it the same as served all over Disney? What brand is it and do they ship to the States?

I'd doubt that you'd be able to ship it to states because of it's content... personally i'm dead against it.

So...I hope you are all vegetarian/vegetalian...Because the way the chicken, beef, pork, fish, turkey etc. are made is not really better than the way the foie gras is made....

I would sugest you try and buy it localy in the US.

Trying to import foie gras could get you into trouble legaly as it is agaist the law in a few cities and states in America to import it.

Many organisations campaign against the process of force-feeding and numerous countries ban the production of foie gras - with good reason. I believe in the ethical treatment of all animals.

I would suggest writing to DLP and asking about the source of their Foie Gras.

DW is not a fan, whereas I will eat it at any opportunity. It was always a highlight of our French trips

When did you visit the restaurant?
Was at California Grill before and then they served preproduced foie gras as in most restarant. It's like the foie gras from Labeyrie (www.labeyrie.com) or similar.
But when we retried the restaurant two weeks ago they had just renewed their meny (and increased the price). Now they are serving freshly baked foie gras. It was delicious! But you can't buy those in a store...
