FOF parade fp time and location?

Calling all parade experts! Is fp area still at the front of the park by the flag pole? Also what would be a reasonable time to arrive for front row viewing? Don't want to burn in the sun any longer than necessary! Thanks!

1. Yes.

2. The 3:00 parade won't even arrive at Town Square (flag pole) until nearly 3:30PM.
But, there will be many, many guests who will arrive at the viewing area well before 3:00PM.
So...

We had a FoF FP+.
Showed up at the area, took a look at the sun beating down on the entire area...
Walked away and picked another spot in the shade.
Didn't need that FP for FoF at all.
