We're heading to WDW in January and we're just given a wonderful gift of plane tickets for our whole family to fly down AND get a rental car during our stay. We have a 2.5 year old and 1 year old so will need both our double stroller (City Mini GT) and car seats (britax pinnacle & britax advocate)? How on earth do I get all that plus luggage on a plane? Please share any tips you have.

Thanks.

We bought a car seat backpack to use to carry put carseat around...I think it was about $40 on target.com...totally worth it. Good luck! Little ones need a lot of luggage...it was just my husband, my daughter (14 months), and my myself for a two night trip to Boston and we had two large suitcases, the stroller, the carseat, a backpack, another carryon bag for snacks, a small cooler (large lunchbox size) for milk/bottles/sippy cups, and my purse. It was intense!!!

My first suggestion is grabbing 2 cheap, light carseats. We have a Cosco Scecerna that we travel with. Super lightweight and it actually wedges onto out jogging stroller (sturdy enough we can put dd in it and push her).

This winter we will not have a stroller and will have 1 carseat and our carry on....I am getting a cheap bungee cord and will strap the seat to the carry on.

DD's both have a backpack with entertainment and we but 90% of our food so ee have les to carry for a long distance. We always send 1 parent with the carmseats on the plane and one with the kids at the last moment.
