Morning Dis Boards!!!
During Mid July I picked up a last minute assignment courtesy of the USAFE (Europe). 850 miles, 14 hours on the road and a long 21 hour trip, 186 pictures and 2 hours flying later! Seriously....Its a hard life!!!!
My ride for the trip was a KC135 tanker, call sign 'QUID 78 HEAVY'. 23 minutes into the flight we were high above the North Sea ready to begin the mission!
Anyway four for just now, If you like them I have plenty, plenty more......
Just to give you an idea of the tight and difficult Boom operation!
Here is my favourite shot! I guess its just the head on angle which I love.
You can see many more here:

Thanks for looking!

...off to show him now!!!
Looks like your seats are probably a couple thousand feet closer than mine. Here is the best warthog pic I got at the Cape Cod airshow last summer. This is with a major crop as the original was not much airplane and ALOT of sky! There are a few others to keep the military theme going but I have shown them all on here before so I don't want to bore anyone with them again. Alot of shots are in this thread:
