Flying to Fort Lauderdale?

Hi. How long does it take to fly to Fort Lauderdale from Buffalo? I hate flying but have gone twice to Orlando from Buffalo.

In December, I am flying from Detroit into Orando and then returning to Detroit from Fort Lauderdale and it is an extra 24 minute flight. . 2 hours and 35 minutes should cover it
