I am arriving on Southwest. Is it a far walk to the Magical Express? Do they have CM's directing the way (I think that's what I heard)?

I am staying at the Beach Club. Does anyone know the dropoff loop for our hotel? Like does it go to the Swan, Yacht, BW, first, etc.? I am flying in on a Wednesday afternoon, so hoping it's not too long of a wait.

Just out of total curiosity, does anyone have a picture of the Disney Welcome Center?

You will be arriving Southwest on the third floor. The baggage is on the second floor if you have any to pick up. If not go down the escalator to the 2nd floor and than down the escalator or elevator to the first floor. DME is to the end of the building. If you get off on the elevator it is to the left. If you go down the escalator it is to the right. DME is directly below Southwest.

Prior to October 3rd, the DME Welcome Center is in Terminal A, Level 1. On October 3rd, the DME Welcome Center is moving to Terminal B, Level 1. By the way, Terminals A and B are simply the opposite sides of the single, large terminal building. When you get off the train (at Level 3) from your airside, you'll see large signs directing you to A and B.

There is not a set route. DME is dispatched as needed, based on demand. You'll probably be the first, second, or third stop. In rare cases, you could be the fourth stop. (Most DME coach runs go to just 3 resorts, although a few go to 4 resorts).

We arrive after October 3rd, so it will be on the B side. Does this mean that when you get off the plane you no longer need to get on the monorail to the A side? Do you just go straight to the escalators?

You still need to get on the monorail.

After exiting security (other end of the monorail) you will see the big neon "A" and "B" just above eye level on the side walls when you look to one side and the other.

Well, no, because you take the monorail to the main terminal, not to a specific "side". ALL passengers debark at remote gates and take the monorail to the main, A and B Terminal

When we went last October and we stayed at beach club and if I remember correctly we were the 3rd stop and were there in apprx 25 minutes after departing the airport.
