We are flying into Palm Beach for our Miami cruise the day before. Any advice or suggestions on hotel and getting to port?

I would stay in Miami close to the port as traffic can be crazy on I-95 in the mornings from 7-9:30 am. They are doing construction on the connecting (395) highway that takes you to the port tunnel. Depending on what time your flight comes in from PBI if it’s during rush hour times I’d eat up that way and then head down to Miami once traffic is lighter it should take about an hour and a half to get from PBI to downtown Miami in regular traffic.

Thank you! I’m thinking we should drop off the rental car and just Uber to port. Sounds like embarking is stressful enough these days!

It will save you having to pay for daily parking at the port too 😊 You might look into taking the brightline train into Miami and you may not need a rental car at all. Just Uber to the train station from the airport and then from the station to the hotel. I think it depends on how big your group is if this is a cheaper option.
