Seriously considering going indirect next year as flight prices are so high:sad1:

We are 2 adults and 2 children (12 and 8 ) and want to go roughly 10th to 24th August 2011, Gatwick would be easier but could do Manchester.

BA is coming in at £3,200 , virgin even more. Best indirect price Ive seen is £2,600 US Airways via Charlotte.

Still seems expensive to me as we paid about that to fly direct with BA this year but I would consider it to save £600.

Do you think thats a decent price/airline/route ?

Thanks for any advice x

£650 per head seems pretty good to me these days.:confused3
We did this route last year and it was fine. We did get delayed out of Charlotte due to bad weather but we got to Disney that night albeit 3 hours late. Because it is a scheduled airline and because we saved about £600 we decided to add an extra day just in case anything went went wrong and we got held over in Charlotte. If it had we still would get our originally planned holiday and save £500 as it happened we got the extra day and still saved £500. :thumbsup2
