Is there a good time that a flight should land to getting on the bus has a lesser waiting time?

mother in law in joining us in Oct and I would like her to be wheelchair'd down to the bus system since she is coming from the west coast and has back issues. We don't want her waiting too long.

We have only used MDE once 2 years ago other wise we always drove since we live close.

I've arrived at all times and have had different experiences no matter what time I arrive. There are flights arriving all the time. There are buses leaving all the time. Two people could arrive on the same flight and have different experiences if one stops at the bathroom and the other doesn't.

Not really. It really just depends on the crowds. In my experience we've had more of our longer waits late morning, but there really seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. Just be aware that if you get in late (I think the cut-off is 10pm, but def. double check, not sure) then they won't transfer your luggage, in case it matters to you guys.

I definitely would not book a flight (especially a coast-to-coast flight) based on a best guess of when the bus MIGHT run more frequently. Book the flight that works best for you. They do try to be as efficient as possible at getting people on the buses and out the door.
