You shouldn't, but tell them to bring their student ids or some other form of identification just in case.

Kids under 18 do not need IDs unless they are toddlers under 2.
You can carry on your cell phones and cameras. Not sure if they are digital, but, if they are not, insist they hand check your film both exposed and unexposed. The xrays are cumulative and can ruin your film.
