Hi everyone, this will be my first time flying on Jet Blue. I have a little one and hope that all flights on Jet Blue to MCO from JFK have TV. If you have recently traveled through Jet Blue from JFK to MCO please, help me with the following questions:

1) Do all flights from JFK to MCO have TV?

2) Do I pay extra to watch TV or rent headphones? If so about how much?

3) Is it movies you rent or regular television shows?

4) Can you watch TV during the whole flight?

5) Can you watch TV up until a few minutes before landing?

Just hoping to make the flight as smooth as possible with little one!

Thanks in advance for any information!

You will love Jet Blue! All seats have direct tv (perhaps 15 stations) at no extra cost to you. You are given the headsets before you board the plane and you can watch about 99% of the time. They also have a channel that allows you to watch the progress of the plane and where you are. The seats are leather, quite comfortable and slightly larger than other airlines. You can go to the Jet Blue website and I believe the channels may be listed. Enjoy your flight and be sure to try the Blue Chips!:D

Hi psar,

Have you recently flown? We went down in May and there were no TV's yet. We were told not until October.

I hope this has changed since we will be flying again in August.

Yes we have. It.s really the only airline I use now. I believe that Song {Delta) might not have their TV's yet.

Jetsetter90...you are thinking about Song. Song will not have their TV's until starting in October. JetBlue has TV's on all of their aircraft.

1) Yes, all jet blue flights every were have tvs
2)it is all included in your cheep airfare. The headphones are not the best in the world but they do work well, but if you have your own headphones, they will work too (they are the standard headphone jack that you find on any stero, cd player)
3) programing is regular tv broadcasting that you would see at your home (check out their website for the channel listing here: http://jetblue.com/havefun/directv/directv.html )
4&5) From what I remember, the TV turned on while we were taxing to the runway after the saftey instructions, it was on during take-off, the whole flight, landing and almost the whole time we were taxing to the gate.

:o oopsss Sorry we flew Song. The kids where so upset with me they thought I had booked Jetblue. I meant to book Jetblue;)
