Does anyone know who the chef is at the Flying Fish Cafe? We ate there this past weekend and it was amazing! Thanks!

Hi,

The last I heard, Tim Keating was the chef. He was brought in about 18 months ago when Jens Dahlmann went over to the California Grill. Here is Mr. Keating's biography from WDW Public Relations:
