Flying Fish info please?

Is there a new chef recently and if so how did you like dinner here? Trying to narrow it down to 2 of these three: Fling Fish,Spoodles,Shulas.

There is a new chef there. I ate here In December and the food was cery good. I had the potato wrapped snapper and it was beautiful. The steak is also supposed to be very good if you have some meat lovers in your party.

I've eaten at Spoodles and that is good. It's a very busy restaurant and can be quite busy. I would say there is a lot of variety on the menu and I love their mediterranean style food - I never have room for desssert. They have a great wine list as well.

I haven't eaten at Shulas but heard great things about it - but the price scares me a little.
