Flying Fish entree recommendations

Could someone offer their entree of choice for Flying Fish. DH and I are adventurous eaters any recommendations are appreciated.

I've taken my parents here twice and ate at the counter with DH once, and we haven't had a bad meal yet. My stepmom ordered the potato wrapped Red Snapper and liked it, and I'm sure my DH has ordered the salmon. I think I've usually gotten one of the specials and they were DELICIOUS. Flying Fish is by far and away one of our favorite restaurants at Disney! Enjoy!

The potato-wrapped snapper is very good.

The tuna tartare appetizer is nice also.
