I have to tell you- the idea of getting out of bed, showering and getting dressed really stresses me out. I always stumble down the stairs, have my coffee and Dis before I shower.
I have seen others on here talk about FlyLady- does it really work?? I need to declutter and keep on top of things.

What got me was trying to keep my sink clean and shiney
. I just couldn't keep up!! lol 
at times.
I don't put it off as much now because I know I will be done in only 5.
But I do use the timer a lot. That's been the biggest help and I get a lot more done when I set the timer for 15 minutes, work, and then take a break. As long as I know I'm going to get a break, I work a lot harder and get more done. That's been the biggest benefit that I've gotten from it. Also, I keep to a rough schedule of cleaning. It's not set in stone and not the Flylady schedule, but one that I've figured out that works for me.
