Just bored, looking for opinions.

Jennifer Aniston -- Have you noticed that Brad seems to be going about his life, and rarely mentions her. She, on the other hand, is constantly talking about him. I'm sure she's still in love with him, but I think she should handle herself a little more gracefully.

And ... who do you think would be a good second husband for her?

Do you think Eva Longoria is correct when she claims that she's "cursed" because of her beauty. I think she's attractive, but I don't think she's beautiful. As a point of reference, I think Catherine Zeta-Jones is gorgeous (and I'm a straight female).

Do you think Eva Longoria plays too much to the press? For that matter, how about Jennifer Aniston?

No, I usually don't pay these people too much attention, but it's been that kind of week.

Yes, I think Jen needs to "move on". I've also been on "Team Aniston"...but you're absolutly right in your statement...she never seems to shut up about it.

I love Vince Vaughn...just not for her.

Eva...I'm so SICK of seeing this womans face EVERYWHERE. L'Oreal ads, New York & Co ads, omg...ENOUGH...her mug is everywhere!

Eva Longoria isn't even the hottest DW. She wouldn't even be in my top 100.

Is Jen really talking about Brad or are the tabloids pushing it? There's quite a difference.

Ok, I'm a little bored too, at the moment. Here are my thoughts to these fluff questions:

I don't think the press is letting Jen move on. I think we see overkill because the press keeps asking her about him and she politely returns answers.

By the way, I'm not a big Vince Vaughn fan. He's okay...just not for her.

I think Eva probably takes advantage of what she has now. I think in Hollywood, folks there believe there is no such thing as too much press. Do we get sick of seeing her? Yeah, but I can't blame her. She could lose it all tomorrow.

I agree with both escape and cardaway about Jen, that it is more the press that is pushing the issue.

I agree with the whole press thing with Jen. Everyone just keeps asking her about it when she is promoting her movies, while Brad isn't anywhere near an interviewer. Who knows what he would say if he was asked?

I heard this story about Eva, how she has turned into this not so nice lady. During the shoot for NY&CO she apparently threw a fit b/c one of the things they had her sitting on was too hard. She refused to shoot anymore pics until it was fixed. You can actually see what they came up with in the pic, it looks like a little piece of styrofome on the shot of her on the stairs.

I think it seems like a lot from Jennifer right now because she hasn't talked about it until now. And I think it is only because she is out promoting her movies.

Eva Longoria has actually said that she's "cursed because her beauty"? Wow, that's really obnoxious.

The problem isn't that Jen is out promoting her movies. Its that she has to promote awful movies and how do you talk about that?! What else does any one have to say to her except, "How did you get talked into doing such an awful movie? " Derailed was awful. If it wasn't for the end, it would have had no redeeming qualities. I would rather hear about what she thinks of Brad. ;)

I was reading the poster for "Rumor Has It" in the subway station this morning, and I noticed that the Executive Produers include George Clooney and Steven Soderbergh. So, I wonder if Jen (a) can't really act or (b) got the lead in the movie because her ex-husband is friends with two of the executive producers.

Would her movies be better if another actress had the lead role?

I haven't seen Rumor Has it. but I did see Derailed. It would have been an awful movie, no matter who had the lead role. I just don't think she choses, or gets offered great movies.

Isn't it funny how different opinions are? I saw Derailed and I really liked it!

As far as Jennifer Aniston I haven't watched any interviews lately so I can't comment on that.

Eva Longoria is really not that beautiful to me. She is no more beautiful than any other actress but she is popular right now and is taking advantage of it. Who can really blame her? She won't be popular forever so might as well take advantage of it while she can.

Random thoughts: I think the spouse that gets cheated on always hurts longer....I have always thought Mrs. Douglas is the most beautiful actress I have ever seen....I don't have any thoughts on Ms. Longoria at all.... :smooth:

For some reason I see Jennifer Aniston with a guy like (I forget his name) the lead actor in, "While you were sleeping". He's handsome and seems to be low-key. Oh, I think he was in, "Sleepless in Seattle" too. I think he was the guy Meg Ryan was going to marry (in the movie).

Anyway, it does seem like the journalists asks Jennifer about Brad a lot. Then she gets squashed for answering. It's a weird position to be in I bet.

Eva L., don't know anything about her.

I'm on Jennifer Aniston's side, I never did like Brad.

And I love Eva Longoria! I think she's beautiful. I hate Terri Hatcher, I don't think she's pretty (wayyyyyyyyyyy too much collar bone there hun), her voice is obnoxious, and I hate her character on the show, personally, I'm sick of her.

I don't see Jennifer Aniston with anyone other than herself. She seems very spoiled to me.

I think Brad Pitt made a very good decision going with Angelina Jolie after he and Aniston split up. Angelina Jolie is so much more mature and wise. Jennifer Aniston appears to be less mature, more self-centered and gives the answers everyone wants to hear. She seems to want to blame others for her unhappiness, like her mother, or her father (wait, she's back on with him).

I think Eva Longoria is making the most of the moment. When she was on Young and the Restless, she hooked up with another soap actor, but broke it off after she was off Y&R. I thought she was pretty on Y&R, but I hated her with Victor.

When has Brad given an interview lately where he either talked of Jen or not? All I've seen of him, (& haven't been looking) is those shots the tabloid gets.

I'm not really up on these people either, but here's my non-scientific, & indeed non-confirmed timeline to all of this:

A few years ago, on Oprah, Brad was referring to a Vanity Fair interview where he admits he & Jen do not have a "together forever" kind of committment. They are taking it one day at a time.

Mr. & Mrs. Smith was filmed at least 1 year or more before the movie was finally released. That's usually standard, with editting, post-production & pre-publicity, etc.

Brad did an interview with Diane Saywer in which Diane asked him where he saw himself in 5 years. He had a funny smirk on his face & said something like, "Dare I actually say it? Yeah, I see myself with children in 5 years."

3 months or so later, he & Jen announce their split. Because of the Saywer interview, everyone speculated it was because she didn't want kids.

A couple months after that, Mr. & Mrs. Smith was released, & all the tabloids started catching them on the beach together hugging & holding hands.

It seems to me, Brad & Angelina were playing Mom & Pop to little Maddox long before Jen got wind of it. Brad had a loooong time to "move on" from Jen, before she got even a chance to start. :scratchin

I think the wronged party also has a harder time moving on....I like JA....and I imagine it must be very hard to see your ex, playing family man with the woman that put the final blow on the marriage....

As for Eva L....she is pretty but in a flash in the pan sort of way....I think she plays a good roll on the show but I am not so sure she would be able to hold her own in a serious acting roll.
