Flu shots.

i cant get it.....im supposed to get it...im high risk...BUT im allergic to eggs...go figure
I have severe asthma, heart disease and severe eczema AND im on immunosuppresents so all my doctors want to give it to me but not possble
Every winter for the past 3 yrs i have gotten the flu that turned into pnuemonia which landed me in the hospital for a week.....im sure it will happen again

I got one last year and then i got the flu "mist"
which is like this tube of stuff that they spray up your nose
it's so nasty you have to like swallow it after it tastes really sweet it's weird

Ew. Sounds gross.
I heard that's actually not as effective as the actual shot.

I would hate that! It's so hard to get the taste of nasal spray out -blah-.

Still, it's better than the needles .

I don't always get it, but I am this year because I'm living in a dorm so way more people crammed into small spaces = lots of germs .. in fact I'm sick right now. : (
