flowers?

hi does anyone know what to do with their bouquet after the wedding? I am getting married at disney then spending 2 weeks on out honeymoon in disney. We then fly home to england, can i perserve it does anybody know? what have other past disney brides done? thank you for any help you can offer!

I know you can preserve your bouquet thru Disney Floral. It's pretty pricey but I have seen pics and it looks beautiful. They will then send it to you. I assume they can send it to the UK but I would check and ask.

I had my boquet preserved through Keepsake Floral (the one recommended by Disney Floral). Yes, it is a bit pricey, but I am glad that I did it - I just couldn't throw them away the next day and I knew that they would not make the trip home. I had not planned on doing the preservation, but I called the day after the wedding and they came to the hotel and picked up my bouquet(for an additional fee). They dry all of the flowers individually. After the drying process (which takes a few weeks), you will speak to a designer regarding your options. I am very happy with our arrangement. I had my flowers arranged into a filled-in heart and they are in sealed a shadowbox.

I wasn't sure if we were allowed to bring flowers into the UK from a different country so what we did was keep them with us for the rest of our holiday, I used them again for our MK photo session as the flowers they supply are pretty awful and then my mum took one red and one ivory rose home (she stashed them away so no one would fine them ) and she has dried them out and given them to us in a glass pot that she bought in downtown disney which she had engraved for us, thought it was a nice gesture, so now I will always have a piece of my wedding bouquet.

There are no problems having the dried bouquets shipped back to the UK via a place like Keepsake Florals.
